Rail Surveyors & Engineers, Inc. (RSE) is a surveying and engineering company, founded in 1996, specifically to offer services to the railroad and transit sectors. RSE’s extensive railroad experience helps to strengthen our commitment to quality of service in our work with commuter railroad agencies and Class I railroads on major improvement projects throughout the state of California. We are capable of providing a full range of services from planning and conceptual engineering to final design and construction. Our railroad clients include Caltrain, Amtrak, Santa Clara Valley Transportation Agency (VTA), and the Union Pacific Railroad.
